You might have heard that I have limited access to my email — but that’s not true. I do check my emails on my phone from time to time to make sure I’m not missing anything urgent. However, I promised my family/friends/partner to fully switch off and give them my full attention this holiday. So if it’s not urgent, I’ll get back to you after my break. Culinary sabbatical Right now, I’m on a culinary discovery journey.
