Our breakfast has been rated 9 by our guests for years. And yet, we believe it can be even better. Without compromising on quality, we wanted to make strides in sustainability. Over the past few months, 125 breakfast products have been carefully evaluated and, where necessary, replaced with more sustainable choices. Single-use packaging has been abolished, more sustainable ingredients have been added, and a critical review of waste management and food waste has been conducted. What can be found at the breakfast buffet? Guests can clearly see that we no longer use single-use packaging. Butter is now presented in a dish, breakfast cakes come in a tin, and sprinkles and peanut butter are served in a jar. We have started new collaborations with partners such as Vlaamsch Broodhuys and TLANT, who offer fair and sustainable products and provide employment opportunities for people with barriers to the labor market. And don't forget to taste Steve's Mum's traditional Englisch Bread Pudding, as left over bread will be given a new life in this delicious recipe Additionally, we have introduced plant-based alternatives such as oat, soy, and almond milk, and we serve high-quality, sustainable Lavazza Alteco Organic coffee and fresh, unblended tea in cans from Dilmah from Sri Lanka.
